Returns & Refund Policy

Order Processing & Communication

• Notifications: We will proactively reach out if any part of your order is canceled or if we require further details to complete your request.
• Processing Timeline: If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a full refund will be initiated automatically.

Refund Timelines

• Credit Period: Refunds typically reflect in your original payment source within 5–7 working days.
• Bank Resolution: If your refund does not appear after 7 business days, please contact your bank directly as processing times may vary by institution.

Damaged Goods & Returns

• Damage Claims: Returns are only accepted if a product is damaged during transit.
• Return Window: Once our customer support team confirms your request, the product must be returned within 3 days.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-Processing Cancellations

• Full Refund: You may cancel your order within 5 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed.

Post-Processing Cancellations

• Policy: Once an order is processed, it generally cannot be canceled.
• Credit Notes: In exceptional cases where a post-processing cancellation is approved, we will issue a credit note for the full order value to be used for future purchases.

Cancellation & Return Fees

To maintain efficient operations, the following service fees apply:

• Processed Orders: A fee of ₹50 is deducted for cancellations made after processing.
• RTO (Return to Origin): A fee of ₹100 is deducted for orders that have already left our warehouse.
• COD Shipping: Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery orders are specified during checkout.

Partially Paid COD Orders

• Upfront Fee: A non-refundable shipping fee of ₹120 is collected at the time of order.
• Exceptions: This fee is only refundable if the order is not delivered due to an error by our delivery partner.
